The idea is to bring attention to the face whilst enhancing the portrait with the right clothing and colour mix. Here are some suggestions...

keep it simple - solid colours, no stripes patterns or logos Casual clothing - fussy, dressy clothing looks out of place in natural environments. Blue is probably the best overall colour for everyone. It looks great in nature. Jeans and denim jackets are great. Natural earth tones are always good, especially if we're outside. Pink - it's great for Spring or Summer - but not too great for Autumn!

Long trousers are better than shorts - it's better to roll up trousers even in the hot weather if we're on the beach.
